People ask about keeping their grills clean, adding foil etc., I use these smoker trays for most of my cooks. Great for spatchcocked chicken, ribs etc. Not deep enough for a shoulder or othe big cooks. Perfect size for my 150pps. Sometimes they can be cleaned and re-used once more if the grease didn't burn too much. Buy them in stacks, Cosco, Canadian tire, Wallmart sometimes. Cheap and saves lots of mess. Haven't replaced my grease bucket in ages. Also great if you need to use the sear grate on you grill.
