I’ve been reading warm up times mostly about the 1600. I bought mine last summer and used maybe 6-7 times and 1-2 times in the winter and now spring will be my 2nd time. It has consistently taken around an hour each time to heat my grill to around 350 degrees. I’m using pit boss pellets so I’m not sure what the problem is.

Sounds like you need to cook some more. Took my 1150 10+ cooks for PID to start responding quicker.
I always start my cooks on S/180 then raise temps after.
