I have a Laredo 1000 platinum. Lately things are not cooking. Such as i had a 7lbs pork butt on it for 10 hours at 275° and after 10 hrs the meat was only at 155°. Grill said it was staying at about 260° i do put an aluminum foil drip pan with about ¼ to ½ inch of water in it too keep the meat from drying out. Could thr pan be thr problem? The last 4 things ive cooked have not cooked in 10-12 hours. Any other ideas?
I have sealed the lid with heat tape and put heat deflectors in also put fire bricks inside.
