Laredo gets too hot

My laredo keeps geting hotter and won't shut off no matter where I set the temp. Please help. Thank you!

It sounds like there could be an issue with the temperature sensor or control board. Try resetting the grill by turning it off, unplugging it for a few minutes, and then plugging it back in.

Try replacing the temp probe. Get one from Amazon. You'll get it cheap and fast. If it don't work, send it back, and call Pit Boss customer service and have them send you a control board.
