I just bought my first pellet grill / smoker, and I got the Pit Boss Lexington model. I've loved it so far, but every time I put it on the smoke setting, the flame just goes out and pellets pile up. I've only used it a few times and I've cleaned out all the ash each time with a shop vac. It will do this on any temp setting under 250.

Any ideas on what I need to do to get this working? I'm not seeing a P setting anywhere. Thanks!

the Lexington does not have a P setting. I suggest you give customer support a call and explain the problem. They are slow to answer so when you call leave a call back number and they normally call back within a couple of hours depending on the time of day you call. 1-877-303-3134

Did you ever get an answer to your question or did you end up figuring out what happened?
