Lexington Onyx Edition “P” set information not appearing on control board display.

My grill has the P-set button on the control board, but none of the information is showing up on the display. I’ve tried pressing the button but nothing changes.

Try taking the temp as low as it will go. On my comp 185 is the only place you can set the P function.

Exactly. My old one had to be on Smoke mode. My new one needs to be at 180.

my 820 has to be on smoke to be able to see the p setting and change it.
Post a picture of your controller with it turn on
Hopefully we can get it fixed for ya

I have the same grill. Had a problem with mine intermittently shutting down but installed a new igniter and good to go. Welcome aboard. I’m a newb also.
