Hello,

I've got the a Navigator 1230 combo pellet/gas grill, and finding that the flame is really weak / low on the gas burners.

After about 10-15min of burners on full, the thermometer only gets to around ~200C (400F). It's not really effective when trying to sear a steak.

I've followed the steps for a possible gas flow restriction, and tried a new & full gas bottle, but the flame still seems low.

Tried to capture a pic of the flame, one burner on full. It's hard to see well, but does this seem low?

Close off valve to tank. Disconnect Reconnect.
Sometimes the internal valve on the tank (pre-regulator) doesn't seem to open sometimes.

This happens to me on my gas grill with one particular tank.

It's worth trying......

If it's not the tank, might be a spider web stuck behind the oriface, I've seen that happen on gas furnaces for mobile homes, no heat calls. Only other thing would be a bad regulator. Call pit Boss Tech support 877 303 3134 option 2.
