Meat Probe Reader

I have had my Laredo 1000 for 2 weeks and I plugged in my meat probe in slot one and it didn’t read it so I plugged my other probe into slot to and that one is not reading also, it seems very unlikely that both of my probes have quit working at the same exact time, I have checked the wires on the probes and also checked the tip of the probes, I was looking to check components of the grill.
