Memphis Ultimate - Electric Smoker not working

I have Memphis Ultimate about 6 months old. Smoker is electric. (not pellet) is has a heating element and you use wood chips. I hae used is a few times, but now it has topped working. It has power, LED comes on. The heating element never gets hot.

Sounds like the heating element is bad. Pull it out and check the ohms of resistance on it
