Missing parts

I received my pit boss 600 pro with a missing nut and bolt. I contacted pit boss and they sent me a kit, but the parts needed are not in it. The bolt and nut are assembled from the factory and are not for assembling the grill. Specifically, it is the nut and bolt that secure the aluminum plate under the front collapsible shelf that can be removed for cleaning. Please advise.

I know you shouldn't have to, but that's what I would do rather than trying to explain it again.

I think that is what I'll have to do, customer support seems to be a little lacking.
