So I was sick yesterday and didn't go through my normal checklist before a cook. I went to start an 12 pound butt this morning and only had partial bottles of rubs. I had a little bit of Sucklebusters Texas Pecan and Hog Waller, and and some Killer hogs rub. Mixed them all up and on the butt it went. Hopefully I get a good result. I'm cooking at 225 with hickory pellets. Fingers crossed 🤞

Thanks.Unfortunately I won't know until Friday. I'm bringing it to a gathering on Friday. I won't have time to cook it this week. I'm going to pull it after it rests and then vac seal it and freeze it. I might just have to have a taste before freezing it though.
