My PB1600 PS IS DOWN FOR THE COUNT.

Hello Fellow Smokers and Grillers,
I wanted to check in with the community to find out if any of you are having difficulty getting warranty parts for your smokers from PB? I have been waiting for a fan device for my unit for 3+ months and I am told every time I call that it will be shipped to me soon. I have owned my smoker for 10 months and was really enjoying the whole smoking experience until now. Please let me know if anyone else is currently or in the past has had this problem with PB providing warrantied supplies. I look forward to sharing and learning from the PB Forum Team when I back up and smoking. Thank You

I did once concerning a controller.
Best advice I can give you is to keep calling them back. Took me two times to finally get it in.

I appreciate you taking the time to answer my question and I will follow your advice. I also thank you for the welcome and as a novice smoker I look forward to learning the tricks of the trade from everyone.

It took almost 6 months to get a controller for my smoker when it was new, that was at the start of covid. Everything is from China.

Yep. Not in a while but waited forever on a new temp probe. Decided to buy one of Amazon instead with one day shipping. Got it the next day. A few weeks later the one from PB finally showed up so I had a spare. Same with the fan. I have a spare fan too.
