Hi All, Been using my first pellet grill (Wal-Marts Lexington 500 Onyx Edition model PB500NX) for about 3 weeks now and I never knew what I was missing in the outdoor cooking world. So far I have cooked chicken, sausages, a 9 pound pork butt, peach cobbler and cherry dump cake, WOW! I thought it was fun cooking on my Blackstone but the Pit Boss is it!
