Hello. Just got my first pellet smoker a few weeks ago. Bought it after eating some Prime Rib my son cooked on his for Christmas. I’ve been a long time outdoor cook but have never used a pellet grill. Totally different experience. So far I’ve done a brisket that was the best I’ve ever eaten. Anyway signing up to converse with more experienced cooks.
