Newbie here, at least to the smoking side of things. I have had a PB Pro II 4-Series Wood Pellet Vertical Smoker (PBV4PS2) since Christmas. So far I have smoked meatloaf, ham, and ribs with pretty good success. Joined the forum to learn the next level of smoking by asking stupid questions instead of searching like I should

Also looking to pass along advice and experiences as I gain them!
