New pb1600ps3 runs hotter than setpoint

Week old pb1600ps3. Temp set at 350 and grill runs 380. Won’t even get down to 350. Everything is clean and it doesn’t have a P setting so I can’t adjust the auger. Help.

Yes I have and it reads within a couple of degrees of what the controller says the actual temp is
