I recently purchased a new cell phone. When I opened the Smoke It app, my login credentials were gone. I tried adding the ones I have in my password manager, but they didn't work. So I created a new account. However I can't get the Smoke it app to connect to my grill. The grill is connect to my wifi, so it appears that ot turns off the bluetooth access. Any ideas as how to reset the grill?

Smoke it tech had me unplug, wait 30 seconds & pug in my router. Connected after I did that. Worth a try.
I don’t need an app. That’s how I get my exercise, goin out and checkin on it lol
