New smoker L42 code

Just received my vertical smoker PBV4PS2, when plugged in, L42 shows then disappears, the power button lights and when pushed the auger (not the fan) can be heard for a couple seconds then goes silent- ERR, IT (WI FI) and fan icon flash and nothing happens...any suggestions the Companies closed today and the websites no help.

Welcome to the group from East Texas!!!
The L42 code is related to temp probe.
Unplug it and check all of your connections
If your connections are good then it has to be the controller
They’ve been having issues with them
Hopefully this helps you

Once you push the ON button to start it you should hear the fan running, if not check the connection like Cowboy said.
877 303 3134 option 2 they were always open 7 days a week last I knew.
