No heat please help

My pit boss doesn’t get hot at all. I replaced the igniter, still no heat

Take everything out your grill and set your grill to smoke. Turn the grill on and pay attention to the fire pot and see if the igniter is getting hot and turning red also if pellets are feeding into the pot as well.

Pellets are feeding into the pot the fan is working , the igniter is not getting red .

Could it be a bad new igniter?

Be sure the igniter extends 3/8 to 1/2 inch into the fire pot...

your igniter is bad so you can call PB and they will send you out a new one.

I’ve replaced the board and the PDR, The fuse is not blown I have no power now at all
