No Temperature Display on control panel

I turned my Brunswick Platinum vertical smoker on this morning and everything was normal with the exception there is no Temperature display on the panel. Everything else on the control panel was lit up and working. The probe temp display is not working either.
I turned and pushed the temp control knob, but still no temperature display. I can, however, read and control the temperature on my phone app

Since everything is working on my phone app, to include temperature monitoring and controlling display, I'm assuming it may be an internal control panel issue, but before I spend $170 for a replacment control panel, has anyone else experienced this specific issue with no temperature display on the panel?

If it's less than 5 years old, call customer support for a new controller, it'll be under warranty.
