Odd sound at start up (not the fan)

I started up my pit boss 1600 tonight and it’s making an odd sound that I’ve never heard before. I cannot tell if this is the feeder or so other mechanical issue I’m about to face. I’ve attached a short 10-15sec video of the noise. Anyone have a suggestion? I’m already thinking I need a new digital panel because the temp probes are not accurate at all and I’ve purchased new ones as well. UGH!!!
