Order - Delivery Time

I ordered the Lockhart to replace an old nonworking model.
The website clearly stated 5 days to process the order, around 14 days for delivery.
Ordered on the 10th of September.
Called 1st time on the 25th of September since the order didn't show up on the website.
Was told it was on the dock ready to get picked up.
Called the 2nd time on 2 October.
Was told my order was in Pick / Pack status. Explained the order didn't show up on the website. "You'll get an email when it ships."
I asked is that when it shows up on the website?
I'm beginning to think the problems Walmart had weren't all Walmart's fault.

No, actually checking with others recommendations on which pellets work well with brats and sausages. It is October after all.

My Champion Barrel Smoker took almost 2 months to deliver. Ordered directly from PitBoss. I wanted it for July 4th, at least I got it for my birthday in August... LOL
