Has anyone used easy off? Does it work? Is it safe on the grates i have a classic 700 they are porcelain or ceramic one. The brush and soaking in dawn did not work after cooking burgers the bar b que sauce was caked on burned on and thick hard and stuck i let them soak several hours any other cleaning ideas are welcome. The grease is no peoblem its the hard stuff after searing that i cant get off🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

I just use a green n yellow sponge from dollar general and dawn dishwashing liquid

I do regularly. Sometimes if they're really cursty. I'll soak them down and wrap them up in a black trash bag and let them soak in the sun for awhile.
Learned that years ago with cast iron. Buy the cheap stuff from the dollar store and not the eco friendly stuff. You want it to burn if it gets on you. LoL

Thanks! Yea i had to get a plastic scraper to get it off and it still was stubborn! Ill try the burning kind lol thanks again

Dawn PowerWash works like magic; spray it on and rinse it off.
