Got the tabletop smoker for christmas
Set it up and not working
Call pitboss we troubleshoot it and say its a bad fan
10 days later get the fan(today) same problem
Call support and now they say its the control board but they have none to send out
Put in order for for it under warranty and will let me know we they get them.

So i returned that one to lowes and took another one off the shelf just finished putting it together and will fire it up tomorrow

update, control board just showed up for the old smoker I had exchanged!

Well, at least you have a backup controller in case anything goes wrong with your new grill. That's crazy that it took that long to get something.

My controller took 5.5 months to come in years ago. Start of covid in China town.
