I purchased this model from a friend who upgraded. I’m a vertical wood smoker type of guy who got tired of paying with the temps. I tried smoking a brisket the other day, set the temp to smoke, and woke up to the fire being out. I restarted it using the manual instructions and could not keep a temp on p settings that was above 175 degrees. I ended up cooking it to fast and my meat turned out awful. Last night I tired it again. The fire went out again. I woke up and got it back going, trying to cook it on 200. Went to the store and an hour later, Fire is out again. I’ve tried every tip and it doesn’t work. Any ideas? I’m ready to lose my mind.
