Brand new unit. Out of the box the auger would make a thunk noise and I could never get the temp in smoker mode over 160. Went online with a tech, 99% sure it was the motor so they are sending me a new one. When I took the hopper apart I noticed the fan shaft where it inserts into the auger was very loose. My question is, how tight should this threaded pin and nut be?
