PBV v4 s2 how to firmware update.

Hello, I am a new owner to Pitboss. I have the pbv v4 s2. When I 1St connected it said it had an update but I can't find where to update. From what I understand the temp control should adjust by 5 degrees. Mine only goes by 10. I'm trying to find out how to update the firmware. Thanks

Only goes by 10 deg. I have the same smoker.
