Hi all,
New to the forum and new pit boss owner. I purchased a pit boss 1100 pro pellet smoker back in May and have had nothing but problems with it. It will run and maintain temp for about an hour or two and then will stop burning pellets and lose temperature. I have replaced the temperature probe and the control panel with no success. when it starts to lose temp, the auger will continue to feed pellets which do not burn and then overflow into the grill out of the fire box. Has anyone else had this problem? I'm getting very frustrated, I've tried everything from adjusting the P setting, to adjusting the vent cap. Pit boss customer service seems to be stumped also. At this point I want them just to send me a whole new grill.
