Pit boss 5 Copperhead 5 vertical - igniter replacement issue

Brand new smoker used once before it won't ignite. Checked fuse - it's good. Attempted to replace igniter but cannot remove burner. Watched pit boss video and followed each step. Removed all required components and screws (6 for burner box) but burner will not come off. Front side by control panel wants to lift off but back side by auger unit seems like it may still be screwed down or something is holding it tightly in place. Is there something I'm missing? I have a highly technical background in both electrical and mechanical. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. It's becoming increasingly frustrating. Kids are beginning to starve!

Sounds like you’ve tried everything you can to resolve this issue
I’d call pitboss support first thing in the morning
I’m sure someone else has had this issue
