Pit Boss Brunswick Platinum - Flasing IQ and no heat control

I have had my Brunswick Platinum vertical smoker for 2 years now. The IQ started flashing on the control panel and the grill would not control heat any longer, it just keeps heating. I did some digging and found the temp probe could cause this. I replaced it. The Iq still flashes. I replaced the control board today, the Iq still flashes, and the grill just continues to heat up. Help. This is my 2nd Pitt Boss product that has had major issues within 2 years of purchase.

If your controller is the issue, they can diagnose it and get it replaced under warranty for you.
