So my grill side of my pit boss Charleston the flame keeps going out. I've change the barbecue tank to brand new one from Costco. I also bought another regulator for the grill side. I cleaned all the tiny holes where the flame comes out and nothing was blocking them. I have to keep lighting the BBQ because the flame isn't that high and blows out . I've lost alot of arm hairs. LoL. Doesn't matter if I use the three burners or just one. The flame isn't that high and every time I come back out after I turn it on the flames out. Any suggestions. It's only 3 years old.

Try closing the tank valve completely then slowly crack it open, then slowly open it to full position. If valve on propane tank is opened too quickly, the high initial flow will cause the valve to limit the flow to minimum. It thinks there is a large leak or open hose and does this for safety reasons. Also make sure regulator in securely connected to tank. I have had tanks that I thought the connection was tight but had little flow. Rechecked tightness and got it to turn several degrees and got the correct flow.

I find that when the situation Randysailor talk about, there is a hissing sound also from one of the burners. The fix is exactly what he described also. My 1100 combo seems to give off lots and lots of heat on the LP gas side. Are you sure the issue is not the new LP gas cylinder connection, use it on a different BBQ ? I find starting from scratch again sometimes helps, disconnect everything, reconnect ensuring regulator is tight and open propane cylinder slowly. If that fails, call PB support as mentioned.
