Pit Boss Server Error

Anyone have any idea when they will fix the server issue. It is frustrating that you can’t connect to the grill without them working.

Same issue on my end. I tried the full gambit of reinstalling the app and even tried using smoke it. Neither options are working. Looks like a app wide issue.

I am having the same issue as well. Not the experience I hoped it would be with Pit-boss so far.

Not sure why we have to connect to their server for something sitting at my house!!!

Super dumb for no one to be on a server side support team who could reboot the login server so their users can connect.

Uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it is working now. Showed no "update" available, so not a version issues as I am still on 1.0.2

Mines working fine, started up with no issues and I'm doing a pork loin today.

Same thing, upgraded to the PS2 controller and this was to be my first cook with it! Good thing I saved the PS1 controller!

Back online! Seemed to be down since 8am but just closed the app and restarted it again...paired back up

Looks like it’s up and running. Though at some point it kicked my set temp down to 130 from the 250 I had it at

The app is still not working for me. I've been trying all day, while keeping an eye on the control panel. Love the grille! Hate the app. Come on Pit Boss!

Mobile app is terrible. I've been in IT over 32 years and this type of loss of connectivity should never happen especially on a weekend with this app. Terrible!! Had to fall back to my SmokeIT app.
