He says the 1600 Elite temp range is 180 to 500 vs. 150 to 500 on the Titan. Interesting, because my 1600 Elite manual says 150 to 500. I'll have to check that next time I fire it up, which will be tomorrow.

FYI, the 1600 Elite does adjust down to 150 F. Used it this past weekend to rest a standing rib roast. I'll post some pictures on the "picture" thread.
