Pit boss XL Auger

The auger on my pit boss will stop after five or 10 minutes or so. I can turn the knob off and then turn it back on and it starts right back up. Just curious if the control board is bad???

Possibly
How old is your grill?
If it’s five years old or less then it’s under warranty
Double check all of your connections and see what happens
If it still happens then I’d call pitboss support
