Pitboss 1100

I aquaired a 1100 that caught fire. It wasnt never cleaned on the inside. Plugged it in and it ran 200 for about 1 hr. So i cleaned, painted first coat of paint. Next day plugged it in trips breaker. So i checked and checked. I plugged it into a non gfi receptcle and the auger ran wide open. Any suggestions on what to do now. Thanks
