Hello everyone, I am needing some help with diagnostics on my smoker. I keep blowing fuses and have ordered a new control panel and plug. Is there a place to order replacement parts from other than PB? I'm not getting any help from them and they are slow to respond. I just purchased in June and already having issues.

I just had this problem. It was a bad augur motor. I found it by disconnecting each motor and then plugging it back up. I had to have several fused to find the problem. I ordered a new miter and that fixed the problem
