Pitboss auger drama

My pitboss will prime but then stops ,turn up will run for while then stop ,it's only 3years old but used alot have taken apart and no jam any ideas

Does the augur move left to right when un jammed… not spinning but sliding if that makes sense

Yeah sort of pulls to one side then tilts and clunks back to straight even when working fine ,looks and sounds like maybe slipping

Search YouTube for pit boss auger not turning. All I ended up doing was building a frame around my auger motor. I used two bolts from ace hardware and one angled hinge piece along the top. Just bolted it to the metal plate it sits on. Mine is three years old too with lots of Yummie use.
