We start our Pitboss like normal on smoke and then after you turn the temp up after a while it starts blinking 90. We spoke to Pitboss and they said to replace the igniter. We just replaced it and it's doing the same thing. Anyone else have this problem or anyone have any other suggestions on what to try. Thanks!

take everything out of the grill. Turn it on and watch the pellets feed into the firepot. Watch and see if the igniter turns red. if it doesn't then it is very possible they sent you a bad one. 90 flashing means that it is not getting up to temp. Start off on smoke setting and see what happens.
