Pitboss Laredo 1000 very slow to get to temp

I received this grill in July as a gift from my children. It is very slow getting to temp. As I sit here right now it has taken an hour to raise to 210f with it set at 275f. I have read and reread the manual. Forum after forum and followed all the troubleshooting advise I can. It has been cleaned after each use. What can be done? This is my second pitboss. Never had trouble from the first one. This was an upgrade for me. So I'm a little frustrated

I’d call pitboss support
Sounds like a controller issue
I have been seeing where pitboss is having issues with they’re controllers
