PitBoss ProSeries 1100 one burner not getting gas

on the gas tank side closest to the regulator ... no gas is hitting the first tube... hits tubes 2 and 3 perfect and get great flame on 2 of the 3 burners

I've cleaned the tube, cleaned where gas comes out... disconnected the gas line reconnected gas line multiple times..

very frustrated... any help would be appreciated.

Time to call customer support, they'll trouble shoot it with you. Maybe a bad gas valve on #1?
