Welcome from Texas to the group!I have a PBV2DW1 that just quit heating. Panel lights up but the heating element is cold. I’m thinking I need to replace it but can’t find Instructions on how to remove it. Can I! If so how?
Welcome from Texas to the group!
check your fuse.
Remove the fire pot
You’ll have to remove the bottom plate on the bottom
Trace the wire from the igniter back to the controller harness.
You should be able to access everything from user there.
Here a video on it
Hopefully this helps you
It was the heating element and the wiring to it. Both had frayed. I replace the element and repaired the wiring. Now I’m just hoping the electrical tape can withstand the heat!!!Welcome from Texas to the group!
