I have both an Amaazin maze and smoke tube. Where is the best placement for them in my vertical smoker. May be a simple answer but I like to load up the smoker so not any place to put it where it will not dripped on.

put it wherever you have room, preferably the bottom shelf.
Maybe make a kind of cover with foil to shelter it from drippings.

I place mine to the left away from smoke stack and cover with foil

Agreed but again I have 4 racks with product on them at a time spread across the racks. Makes it hard to find a spot unless you put everything to one side.
