Platinum Lockhart not getting to temperature

Hello,
My platinum Lockhart is not getting to temp. I got this smoker about a year ago.

So a few months back the smoker would shut off and back on all by itself. I did a lot of troubleshooting and cleaning on the smoker could never get it to work. So I bought a new control board from the pit boss web site. That fixed that issue.

Now the smoker will not get to temperature. The smoker will turn on and he ran turns to high speed like it should. Then the fan after about 3 minutes it slows down and never goes back into high speed. My smoker then never gets to temp. What should I do as well his control board is not very old and I have tried using it 3x and it is not working.

First thing is to make sure all of your connections are correct and tight.
When’s the last time you cleaned the temperature sensor?
A dirty sensor will cause this and temperature swings
I clean mine after each use.
