i finally received my Brunswick today, opened the box and it’s damaged “beyond repair” according to customer service.
I’m not going to go through the wait and possibly (most likely) get another damaged item.
So…
I’m planning on going to Lowes tomorrow and pick up the series 2 pro (PBV4PS2).
Does anybody have any issue’s with this swap? I noticed small size difference and controller location, but anything major I’m missing?
Thank you in advance.

I have the PBV4PS2 for over a year and love it, it's the Brunswick's twin. A little smaller, controllers in different areas, no inside light like the Brunswick has, or the draw by the controller to store the probes. Features are identical.

Have you ever felt it was too small?

Never, plenty of space. Not going to fit a whole pig in there, neither will with the Brunswick. Whole turkey's, hams, butts, briskets that will fit are no issue at all. It's a shame Walmart has a terrible track record damaging so many things in shipping.

As long as you understand that the smoke from a pellet smoker isn’t as heavy as a offset. I usually use a smoke tube on the bottom rack and food above that. Gives off really nice smoke and rings.
