Pittboss Classic. First time user. I’ve followed instructions, watched videos and my Pittboss will not get hot. Smokes a little on s tart up but wont even burn My fingers. Never seen the burner glow like on videos.
Please help! Wont get hot!

Sounds like you have a bad ignitor out of the box. On start up leave the lid open and it will start to smoke. When a large plume of white smoke clears you should hear the fire. If you don't then it's a bad ignitor. Call PB customer support, you can find their number in the help portion of the forum.

Also check the wiring to make sure it is actually connected to the control board as it may have become disconnected.
