I just bought a brand new Austin XL have no power. The unit was put together at the store so it’s nothing that I did. I checked the fuse and it’s good and tried different outlets and can’t get anything to work any ideas.

You should give them a call as well and leave a call back number. it is always best to call early in the morning when they open. Not sure of the hours but I think they are pacific time zone.
