Pro Series 1600 Display Shows 180°F but Internal Temp is 250°F

I can set my smoker on 180 degrees the display will read 180 but inside temp is 250 degrees consistently how do I fix this?

What model do you have? Is it actually set at 180, or is this the smoke mode that uses the timer?
