problem with pellet grill

How do I stop my portable pellet grill from going into heat error , Tried smoking a brisket and was fine for about 2 hours the temp went all over and ended in heat error. Unplugged for a minute plugged back in was fine for a bit then back up temp went then heat error.

Make sure it’s not over feeding pellets. Could be a controller issue
