Pulled Pork - avg cook time?

Several years ago I had a really cheap stick burner* and my first cook was pulled pork. Never have used one before, I had the temp up to about 350-375° and the pork butt was done in 5 hours flat. It actually came out great!

Are the same results possible in a pellet smoker?

* I sold it a few weeks after I bought it. Total garbage.
