Registration issue

I recently purchased a PBV6PSE vertical smoker. I have tried multiple times on the Pit Boss website to register the product however, when I get to the product model number, the system does not find this model number so it will not let me proceed. I would’ve reached out to Pit Boss directly, however that is very difficult to do. So I am hoping someone on here has some advice on how to get the product registered. Thank you.

Looking at the registration page, I don't see a line for the model number. I see a line for the serial number and a line for "Search for your Pit Boss product". In that line you would put, "Pit Boss Pro Series Elite 6-Series Wood Pellet Smoker". The serial line number, obviously you would put your grills serial number.
